Appointments can be made by phoning the practice between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. To make an appointment please call 01904 788411.  We have our onsite receptionist, Diane covering reception from 9am until 2.30pm Tuesday to Friday, and a secure off site reception service run by Clinic Appointments during the rest of the week, where our phone calls and appointments are made on the same telephone number.

Please note that treatments are available outside reception hours.

If you have a specific query, or would like to discuss the potential outcome of a course of treatment, then leave your name and telephone number with our Receptionist, Diane, and one of our practitioners will return your call.

Sometimes parents are unable to find childcare for their children whilst they have treatment. With prior arrangement Diane is able to look after children whilst treatments are taking place during the morning appointment slots.

Cancellations

We would like you to give as much notice as you can if you are unable to keep your appointment. The full fee is payable for cancellations or alterations with less than 24 hours notice.

Home Visits

We offer home visits for anyone within a reasonable distance who is unable to get to our practice due to a disability. If the travelling distance is too great, we may ask for a contribution towards travel expenses. Alternatively, we will endeavour to help find a practitioner or practice closer to you.
