Jo was so impressed following her own healing experience with Kinesiology, that she gave up her full time job as a senior manager to complete the training course. Leading a team and working long hours in finance, personnel and administration had given her first hand experience of the impact that stress and the ups and downs of life can have on people and their health.

Jo particularly likes the way Health Kinesiology looks at the problem from all angles – facet analysis - working on the relevant areas until the body's energy is balanced. Often, as with stress, emotional and psychological problems can lead to physical symptoms, so it's important to address all the areas that are causing the problem.

During her client sessions Jo has been amazed at the results she has seen. The client's body will work at it's own pace, choosing the most relevant corrections. In some cases only a few sessions are needed, but for others more are needed to see results. During the first session we can identify how many sessions may be required to see a significant improvement, but usually there are improvements after each session.

Jo works at the clinic on Mondays evenings 6pm until 9pm and during term time from her clinic in Holgate from 9.15 until 2.45, ensuring a relaxing session tailored to the client. She also runs short courses and workshops on health related topics.
