Holistic Massage
Massage has developed over thousands of years and has been documented as being used from the times of the ancient Chinese up to the present day. Holistic massage is a western form of this ancient art and mainly uses the practitioner’s hands to manipulate the soft tissues of the body and particularly the muscles.
It can be used for relaxation, stimulation, or rehabilitation of the whole or part of the body. It relies solely on the refined touch and varying strokes of the practitioner, which can vary from gentle soothing movements to deeper more invigorating techniques depending on the requirements of the client. Massage aims to leave a recipient feeling lighter, more energetic, uplifted, calm and confident, it is ideal for those wanting a more hands on approach.
