
This summer, I’m excited to offer a new 6 week yoga course that brings together some of my favourite threads of practice: gentle floor‑based movement, breath awareness, and the subtle wisdom of the chakras, organ systems and meridians.
Beginning Tuesday 7th July, we’ll meet each week from 6–7pm at Body Works Pilates Studio in Acomb for a grounding, nurturing hour designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.
This course is intentionally gentle. Most of our practice will take place on the floor, making it ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a slower, more embodied approach. Each week we’ll explore a different chakra and its associated organ systems and meridian pathways, using mindful movement and breath to support balance, ease and flow.
Over the six weeks, you’ll be invited to notice subtle shifts in energy, mood, posture, breath, and the way you inhabit your body. These practices don’t require flexibility or prior experience; they simply ask for curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
The full course is £60, and spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
