Tom qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM)in 2015 and returns to York Natural Health from 29th April 2024. Originally trained as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, Tom spent 12 years working in Health and Fitness before studying Osteopathy. With a keen interest in helping people with back pain and sports injuries in the gym, he wanted to help people further by offering Osteopathy and integrate the two.

Tom went on to work in professional football with Watford Football Club, Cruise Ships and even had the privilege of working with a Team GB London Paralympian.

Tom’s specialist interest is helping sporty people but also treats all age groups from 7 years upwards and uses a variety of techniques including Structural, Craniosacral and Visceral as well as prescribing exercises, stretches and offering postural advice.

While backs and necks are usual complaints Tom also treats headaches, minor sports injuries, aches and pains, general backache, uncomplicated neck pain, digestive problems as well as various other conditions.

Tom is registered with the General Osteopathic Council GOsC ( www.osteopathy.org.uk).
