It uses a set of tried and tested techniques developed from hypnotherapy and psychotherapy by Drs Bandler and Grinder as result of their study of the work of successful therapists. These tools have been refined and developed over more than 25 years to help individuals resolve issues and reach their full potential.

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focus where our conscious mind relaxes and is more able to communicate with our subconscious mind. This state of mind may be brought about either by oneself, unaided (self-hypnosis) or with the help of another person. You remain in charge throughout. As you can go into this deeply relaxed state, so you can come out of it whenever you want.

Hypnotherapy and NLP may take just a few sessions for managing specific issues such as nail biting, exam nerves or a simple phobia. Other programmes involve a longer package and commitment of perhaps 4, 6 or 8 week programmes.
