Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- For each successful Referral to York Natural Health we will credit your account with £10. There is no cash alternative.
- Your account credit can be used as part or full payment for any treatment at York Natural Health.
- New Patients – your introductory £10 credit will only be applied to full price treatments. You will not be entitled to this introductory discount if another offer has already reduced the price of your initial consultation unless your introductory discount is greater than the discount provided by any other offer. In this instance the discount offering you the best value will be applied.
- Existing Patients – Your referral credit cannot be used in conjunction with ANY other offer.
- A Referral will be counted as successful where a) the Referrer is an existing patient of York Natural Health, b) the Referred individual is NOT already an existing patient at the Clinic and c) the Referred individual books, attends and pays for their appointment and in addition mentions you as the Referrer.
- There is no limit to the number of Referrals you can make.
- The Clinic Director’s decision in regard to any aspect of this promotion will be final.
- This promotion can be cancelled at any time and without notice.
- The Clinic reserves the right to refuse to apply or honour account credit where it deems necessary.
- Offer refers to Tom Smith’s patients only, unless specified by another practitioner.
