Choosing a therapy
I'm not sure which therapy is right for me. What should I do?
Start with the “What would you like help with?” guide above, or simply call us on 01904 788 411. Our reception team can talk through what’s going on and point you to the right practitioner.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. Most people refer themselves. Our osteopaths are trained primary healthcare professionals and will advise if you need to see your GP or have further tests. We do encourage you to keep your GP informed about any treatment you’re having.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you, your condition and how you respond. As a guide, osteopathy often gives the best results over 3–6 visits, scar therapy over 4–6 sessions, and many people notice changes with Bowen within the first three treatments. Your practitioner will review progress with you as you go.
How do I book?
Most therapies can be booked online or by phone. Scar Therapy with Sarah Neill and Functional Medicine are booked through their own links on the relevant pages.
Can I buy a treatment as a gift?
Yes — our gift vouchers can be bought online and are a lovely way to help someone start or continue their wellness journey.
